Beaufords Southern Barbeque is a small barbeque restaurant specializing in authentic southern style BBQ. All of our barbeque is slow smoked over real hardwoods the old fashion way. Simple dry rubs and seasonongs are all we use. Our meats are always fresh, not frozen; Hand trimmed and rubbed daily then slow smoked on our own custom smoker for up to 24 hours.
Slow smoking our meats allows for a gentle cooking process that self bastes and creates a nice smokey flavor and the ever important "Smoke-Ring". A sure sign that a slow smokey process was used.
