Spring has arrived, but the snow remains here in our hilltop village. Even though the days are longer and a bit warmer, the scattered drifts of snow are a reminder of the long winter. The good news is that we’ve had plenty of quiet time to work on new product designs!
New Candlesticks from Old Molds
At the end of last year, we acquired a large collection of antique bronze molds, many of which have been together since the late 19th century! I’ve had a chance to work with a few of the molds this past winter and the two new candlestick designs mentioned below are cast from three of those antique molds.
The Short Candlesticks are 3.75″ tall and are quite sturdy. The base is cast (the first in our candlestick line) as is the top socket. The overall look and balance is wonderful and the heavy weight will surprise you. Get a pair for yourself, or bookmark them as a future gift item. Sold in pairs.
The Tall Candlesticks stand 8.75″ tall (the tallest in our candlestick line) and are real beauties! If you have a large dining room table or a large fireplace mantle, these are the candlesticks for you. You’ll be impressed with the overall weight of these candlesticks as well as the height. Sold in pairs.
Our Most Popular New Item
Our new single charm Bangle Bracelets have been a big hit this year. One size fits all! The bangle is silver-plated brass and the charms are cast pewter. So pick a charm from our collection and we’ll be happy to make you a wonderful Bangle Bracelet, or two.
